NEXTAFF, an industry leader in identifying quality talent for businesses, has opened its first staffing agency location in Detroit.

Located at 17177 Laurel Park Dr., Suite 202 in Livonia, Michigan, the office is owned and operated by local entrepreneur Syed Hussaini. The Detroit NEXTAFF, which opened Jan. 28, offers staffing solutions to businesses across all industries in Greater Detroit.

"From talking to friends and local business owners, I realized there are a lot of concerns about staffing both temporary and full-time positions in this area," Hussaini said. "Employers in Detroit are having trouble finding and keeping reliable and responsible employees. With NEXTAFF's X-FACTOR™ method, we're going to be able to address the concerns of Detroit business owners and help them with their staffing needs."

Hussaini has a background in dentistry and pharmaceutical research. He also spent a brief time working as an account manager for a staffing agency. Hussaini has a bachelor's degree in dental surgery from Rajiv Ghandi University in Bangalore, India and a Master of Science degree in health services administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
